Triumvirate of 20th Century Comic-book and Performance Art

In 1995, a mini-comic I wrote and drew was published (to their eternal shame) by Primal Groove Press (which later went on to become Top Shelf Productions). I was forced to provide a bio for this slim volume, so Tommy and I actually came up with a mostly false one (copied below), based on an Encyclopedia entry of someone else. Can you tell who it is?
