Huh? What’s your secret? Come on, tell.
Maybe secrets add to life, I dunno.
I do know that if you have a secret, it is a little bit of a power trip. Information is the commodity and the secret keeper is the hoarder. Of course, these are for secrets in which the knower is not ashamed.
If the knower is ashamed of the secret, then the secret is a burden. It is kept to prevent another informational power shift.
So, what’s your secret?

I dunno… what is my secret?
Another way people try and prevent the informational power shift, I think, is sharing any personal information about themselves. Even for those very close to me, I often have a hard time telling them every little detail, because once someone knows something about you, it seems they have a little more power over you. Once they know, it can\’t be taken back. Like the supposed stories of tribes who believe taking a photograph of them is stealing a part of their soul (though whether or not this tale is true, I have no idea. I\’ve never heard it used, that I recall, in anything but cheesy movies, t.v. shows, or church talks). Mystery does add to life, and perhaps if we share too much of ourselves the personal mystery is gone, and we\’re left stripped bare.
So, what\’s your secret?

If I had my druthers, I would wear lady’s perfume.
Shocking…I know.

My answer to the above query from the Spalding website was a “yes” (if they really thought people wanted to read my blather). Anyone who cares to can find the link on the reviews page of that site.
