Nobody gave me any real feedback on what I should do, so I’ve instituted a couple of things which should help. The first is activating the Akismet blacklist server thingie that WordPress.com uses (similar to what LiveJournal uses, I’m sure). It should block most big spam stuff that’s forced by computerized systems (poker sites, sex sites, etc.). I’ve also put a keyword generator in, that forces people to enter a word from an image box to be able to post. So I don’t hear any more complaints, however (and as the only special treat registered users get here 
), if you’re logged in, you don’t have to enter the word. And if you’re really nice to me, I may even let you choose one of the words that becomes a keyword.
